Archived New Auto transmission, new LOUD noise at 1000 Rpm or lower!

Installed new freshly overhauled 47rh w/billet input shaft, triple disk converter, and new billet flex-plate. Now my 12v sounds alot louder at 1000 RPM and below. After the r's climb the noise dissapears and it sounds normal. Is this normal with a new flexplate? Or is it my new transmission? It doesn't matter if the transmission is in gear or not.

Found out what it was. I double checked the TC bolts and found them slightly loose. After torquing them running the engine and re torqueing them, all is well! She sounds great! Oo.
