L & G Tractor will not run w/o muffler (?)

Id like to appologize to the pac-10 people

Well, girlfriend and I are back together. It's for the better, but don't think it's because of her new car!

Friday she bought a 2001 Audi A4 2. 8 4-door, 5-speed. Black, leather, power everything, sunroof, etc. She was tired of her Jeep Liberty getting bad mileage (because of a lift and bigger tires) and may be doing more commuting in the near future. Plus, her insurance is cheaper and payments are $100 less a month.

It's a blast to drive, almost as fun as my truck! People look at you more when you drive a German luxury car. I think it's because most think it's an expensive vehicle but she bought it for $6,000 under blue book at a dealer who gets them from auctions. I think it came in at about $22,500.

We are off to see how it does in the mountains!

This car is a BLAST to drive! To say that I'm jealous is an understatement. While he can't keep up with my Cummins in a straight race, put us in the corners and there is no comparison. He's leaving it stock till he's done w/ school, but then I think he's going to switch to the K4 turbos and chip it. All wheel drive is great too!

His is a 2001 and he bought it w/ 23000 on the clock and paid $26k for it. Not a bad deal at all. Brand new ones (w/ the V8) sticker at $55k. :{

My boss has an A6 they are pretty nice cars. His is a quattro with twin turbo's. His only complaint is that it has some turbo lag up in the mountains when leaving the light. To my knowledge he has had zero problems with it.
