New BD 6.7 Iintake Kits

Improve turbo response and reduce boost pressure drop/loss on the stock intake system. BD’s 6. 7L Intake Elbow plenum is 74% larger and has a 4-inch inlet, and, comes with a new 3. 5-inch intercooler connection pipe, adapting hoses, spring loaded clamps and flange gasket 4 convenient ports for connecting to gauges, water methanol injection and other injection nozzles.



Bolt this to our new intake grid with an opening that is 35% larger that is achieved by eliminating the restrictive stock cold weather intake air heater grid.



These modifications are designed only for unlicensed race trucks though they may work on others.

Does the version for the 5. 9 use a larger opening in the intake plate ?

Yes we are making the kit to use the larger 6. 7 intake plate, however we need for come up with fuel lines or have someone close and handy to make them.
