Power is getting to the road now! 0-60 down from 15 sec. stock, to 12 with TST kit, to 10 with BD TC and valve body. I do have a very hard shift from 3rd to 4th however (before TC lockup). Is this normal? Can it be softened by adjustment somehow? Also, I have a new PressureLoc unit in the box to install. Do I still need it? TC slippage is gone, and truck feels great. I could return it and get some money back. What difference would the PressureLoc make at this stage of bombing?

Try shortening the TV cable another click or two. That SHOULD soften the shift a bit more, but it may also lower your shiftpoints.

Mine needs to go in another click or two also, because mine doens't like to upshift out of 3rd until way later than it needs to. Makes racing Powerstrokes a real drag (no pun intended).

'Course my BD extra-tight TC has eliminated any resemblence of low-end acceleration anyway. With 3. 54 gears and 225/70-19. 5 tires, it's a DOG up until about 2000 RPM in 1st gear.
