New BFG 285/70/17 AT, tire preasure?

What is the best tire preasure for these unloaded for ride and wear?

Right now I have 55lb in the front and 42 in the rear.



Had to wait 3 weeks for these. They are on Nation wide back order.

You are in the ball park. I have been running 50 psi front, 40 psi rear. Rotated every 6K miles. I have a little over 35k miles on them and there is still over 1/2 the tread left and they are wearing very evenly.

Has anyone noticed a little more feedback in the steering after installing these over stock?

I may check my steering stabilizer.

I run 60 in the front's and 50 in the rears on my 285's but most of my drive to and from work is on the freeway at 65 mph+. I have about 12k miles on mine now with no abnormal wear. They will give a little more feedback all the way around just because of the nature of the tire but I have been extremely impressed with the ride overall.
