Cummins Powerstore

I started to order the plastic 6x2 inch Cummins Diesel Power badge for $3. 75 and at checkout the shipping was over $9!!! Needless to say, I cancelled the order and shot off an email noting my feelings. For about a buck they could drop it in the mail in a padded envelope. Its bad enough we even have to pay at all for their advertising.

Perhaps I'll try that.



They replied to my email and said the $9+ was for shipping and HANDLING and how they had to pay people to do all these jobs of processing my order. Well they still have to pay them when I don't order anything, don't they. So it seems to me they are actually losing money (albeit a miniscule amount) by virtue of their own policy.

I agree the shipping and handling on stuff is ridiculous. I ordered a manual from DC that was $10 and by the time they got done with the shipping and handling it cost a few cents short of $16. Go figure. I think its just another way to get a few more bucks on the bottom line. They get you coming and going.

Another Badge

I put the ISB Cummins badge on the tailgate and also ordered the Cummins Diesel Power badge from their website which looks good on the front bumper on the space above the license plate- When I become computer literate I will post pics
