New bolts when changing 5.9 CR injectors?

2006 wire between battery and coil gets hot truck won't start

Crazy rail pressure issue- too high and too low.

Looking for input regarding re-using vs new bolts when changing injectors. I've read some comments on the web which suggest using new bolts when replacing injectors on CR engines. I don't recall seeing this in factory manuals, but looking for feedback. All my torque tools are fully calibrated, but maybe new rocker & inj hold downs may be good insurance? Read where some have broken hold downs before reaching 89 in lbs. Also found different PN between 5.9 & 6.7 hold down bolts - anyone know what the difference is?

The clowns that have broken bolts before reaching 89 in lbs were probably torquing to 89 ft lbs! I’ve done dozens of common rail injector swaps and have never replaced a bolt.
