Funny Pulling Story

I spent the day yesterday installing new front calipers, pads and new brake fluid after I noticed my RF caliper kept hanging up, and I suffered from the dreaded "pulls to the right when braking" syndrome.
The new calipers( rebuilt) were priced affordably, $48 each with the core exchange, and the R&R went along smoothly. I followed several tips I have found here on the forum, regarding the anchor bolts etc. .
But the issue I have is that both of the caliper assys. don't seem to pull back enough to allow the wheels to spin freely without a degree of rubbing.
I can spin the wheels by hand but it requires a little effort to do so.
Is this common with the front brakes? Or is there something I am missing here?
After the test drive braking and steering seem great. Just concerned about heat buildup while driving with pads in constant contact with the rotors.
Please advise.
Thanks to everyone for making this such an excellent forum.

DC, My stocks brakes have the same slght drag. They work great so far. One thing I do once in a while is feel the calipers after a trip to make sure the are the same temp. DON'T do it right after stopping or you'll get a nice burned imprint of the rotor surface on your finger #ad
I figured that out the hard way...

Dane,I never burnt my finger but I pointed my infered temp gun at the discs after doing a few 30 mph panic stops-280 F,rear drums were only 160.
