Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) new clutch break in

I just got my new southbend duel disk clutch and was wondering what would be the best way to break it in. How many miles should I drive before it is broke in. Should I turn my box all the way up or just leave it stock.

Clutch

I only bought the OFE and peter said 200 miles of lots of shifting. It's really hard not to hit 5X5 on the box.
