I just had new Moog front coils put on my 92 350 it sits about 3" higher and rides much better it was a cheap fix the total was $326 including frontend alignment

Coil/Leaf, whats the difference.............

I asked the same thing awhile back and no reply. I want to know if a D350 has coils or leaf?

Why?,because I want to know what the best choice is in springs. Mine are saggin under the heft of the 'ol 5. 9 :D

Greenleaf

We got snow today :)

If you have a 1 ton with coils, the way to go is with MOOG 7226S springs. These are the Super Heavy Duty springs. Installed a set in my D250 a few weeks ago and the truck now sits perfectly level. The ride is a little rougher, but still not as rough as a 4X4.

Definitely worth the $160 for the springs and 3 hours putting them in.

Here is the D front suspension, yes the D has coils in the front & the flip is the W's have leaf springs all the way around.

Hey the rear ends need attention, too, JLEONARD. :) But at the same time, the fronts are sometimes just as good . ;)
