Well get out your Pom Pom's South Bend Clutch has a new full Organic 13" clutch that is as smooth as stock and will hold some pretty good power. I have it in Cliffmans truck now and it is equipped with DD III's drag comp and a 16 housing dynoing in at 410hp with no slippage. I think this will be a great clutch for someone in the 350 to 375 hp range just to be safe.

Blair,

Again I can not thank you enough for the fantastic R&D that you did here. You have been such an asset in helping us with our clutches. You have made it possible for our company to test, perfect and determain the levels of the clutch kits that we offer so we can properly fit the clutch to the application. We have always felt that one clutch fit all is old school and costs the consumer more $ then they need to spend. This new Con O will be priced right for the truck that needs something just a little better then stock.

Now available for the ETH HO:

MU 2001 Con O..... UP to 375hp

For the 5sp up grade:

MU 13-1. 25 Con O..... UP to 375hp

Thank you Blair, again I owe you a big one, or maybe a beer. ;)

Peter

great Clutch

I am extreamly pleased with this clutch. The peddle is softer than stock and the ingagement is very smooth. No chatter what so ever. With the truck in 6th gear, the Drag Comp on 5-5 (410 HP)and the RPM's at 1800 I rolled into it rather heavy and NO SLIPPAGE. So far I have 1013 miles on the new clutch. A special thanks the Peter at South Bend Clutch for providing us with this awsome new Con O 13"clutch and also Blair Pine for taking the time on a Saterday to install it. :)

Shifting

Darn thing has always been hard to shift. Figured it was inherent with the 6-speed. Shifts a lot smoother now with the new SBC Con O. Not sure why though. I'll leave that one up the BPINE . :-laf

My stock clutch shifted fine before my con fe was installed. The installing dealer refused to replace pilot bearing, said it was fine. (it had 52,000 miles on it) Now I have to fight it to get it to go into gear (mainly 1st, and reverse)
