New craftsmans

maybe your tool guy is a tool himself, my rep takes care of us on all reasonable stuff, dull screwdriver, he swaps it's blade, u-joint or flex ratchet head a little loose and it's swaped, i spend $2000-3000 a year on that truck he wants me and the other mechanics happy. i gave up on craftsman tear drop ratchets years ago, i get tired or taking them apart and cleaning/lubing them, the round head 1/2" drive is a great ratchet though, most of my wrenches and sockets are craftsman and have been good with my borderline abuse but are slowly being replaced with snap on

I've had more trouble with Snap On ratchets than Craftsman for one reason or another. Most of the time we can't get the Snap On stuff replaced because it's used "commerically". Craftsman... . they never ask.
