New Cummins Decal

This is the Cummins decal I have on my Ram designed locally. I had the white smoke flash done some months ago, and wonder if I could/should change the logo to '610'. Somewhere I read recently that the flash brings the 600 up to the 2005 610 torque. Is this true?
