Can this pump be turned up without new guts?

15W-40 in everything?

I think it looks cheap in the photo. I don't know why, I just do.

I'll withhold judgement until I see more photos or one in person.

Longer q-cab and a 5 foot bed, I wonder in the 2500 and up will be that way?

Is there going to be that diesel engine in the 1/2 ton?

If the rumors hold true you should have 2 diesel options: a Cummins 4. 2L V6 and a 5. 6L Cummins V8 :)

Yes it would be nice to have a good-size Q-cab like shown in the photo with a 6-foot bed.

Anyone noticed that the grill looks like it will not be part of the hood? I personally dislike the looks of the 09. The styling of the 06 is I think the best in years. One that rivals the look of a 2nd gen for me.

I disagree, I have an '06 and I still really don't like the exterior that much, it has defiantly been something that has had to grow on me, I think the biggest thing I don't like is how the grill goes lower than the bumper line, I think if th 3rd gen grill was a little more squared off and stopped at the top of where the bumper is on both sides, they would have a much better looking truck, the grill seems to overpower the truck.

looking at this '09 I have to say I already like it more than my '06 its more squared off and less rounded, which is where they should have taken the 3rd gen in the first place, the grill still goes below the bumper line but not near as bad. I think they will be on to something huge with the '09 model if people like it from the start, remember how disappointed everyone was when we found out the 2500/3500 models where gonna be the same as the 1500 that was released a year earlier?? some thought we would have 2 models like ford does, this '09 model will be a better looking truck for sure than that joke of a restyle that ford did, which just made the front end ugly

I'm more excited than this restyle than the '03 & especially the '06 update. [/url]

Yeah, the looks of this version, with the lower sheetmetal accent lines and slanted grille improves the styling appearance - and I sure hope the grille is still attached to the hood - makes inspection and service of the various cooling radiators lots easier...

I think they should stick with the big rig look. The grill I don't mind as long as it is still attached to the hood. The headlights and the bumper are what I dislike about the truck. The middle of it reminds me of a van and it just doesn't look like a truck I'd want to buy. I didn't like the 3rd gen bodies when it first came out but it grew on me. I can't see this growing on me. Maybe I'll eat my words later and if they come out with two different models then I hope I will. Until then if I wanted a luxury car interior I'd buy a luxury car.

Looks like a ford, but says dodge. Doesn't take much to get you 3rd gen guys excited. Woooo-hooooo. Generic trucks that all look alike... ... No thanks.

Here's what Edmunds.com says about the new for 2009 Dodge Ram:

Automotive authority Edmunds.com says the refreshed Chrysler 300 and the new Dodge Ram pickup will be among the new year's hottest vehicles. The Chrysler products are among seventeen domestic and import light vehicles selected by Edmunds' analysts. In addition to the 300 and Ram, the list includes the Acura TL, Acura TSX, Audi A4, BMW 1 Series, Cadillac BRV, Ford F-150, Ford Flex, Lincoln MKS, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, Nissan GT-R, Pontiac Solstice, Pontiac Vibe, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Prius and Toyota Matrix. I like the idea of a full crew cab. With an 8' box or a respectable short box, it should be nice. The rest is just sheet metal to keep you warm (or cool) and dry. Now, if they could just get the 6. 7L working right.

Makes me think that building a first gen crew cab is the way to go still... ...

I still can't figure out why, but it really makes me think of my wifes 99 Taurus, must be the kinda puckered out grill area or something..... It also definitly makes me think of my grandfathers F150 in those colors... ... .
