Hi Everyone,
I received new drive shafts for my truck delivered last week. I decided to replace both front and rear rather than order one and that wasn't the fix and have to order the other later. I had that same vibration at about 60 mph in the seat of the pants and did all the things suggested. rotate tires,re balance and use beads instead of weights and nothing worked. The front drive shaft had play but the rear seemed tight. I know it might have been covered by warranty but I don't like to go to the dealers to have anything done. (just hard headed).
The reason for the post can anyone suggest a good mechanic in my area of Waldorf MD? I was going to do it myself it looked simple just some labor. But things have changed for me I had a heart attack on July 6 and I know it will be a long time before the shafts can be done by me so I thought someone has had mechanical work done and can recommend a good shop.
Thanks any advice will be appreciated
