New Dyno Dynamics chassis dyno at Corr Performance Tuning in New Orleans
Howdy all,
I am pleased to announce that Corr Performance Tuning in New Orleans, LA has just taken delivery of a brand new Dyno Dynamics model 450 eddy current power absorber chassis dyno. Those of you who attended the Texas TDR Roundup at Kerrville, TX this year would recognise this dyno as an identical copy of the one we brought to Buckhorn Lake RV Park for entertainment this fall. This dyno is extremely well suited to testing turbo diesel trucks, and is the only chassis dyno capable of testing high HP trucks without wheelspin problems.
I will be in New Orleans Monday through Wednesday of this next coming week. I'd like to have a couple of hot turbo diesel pickups there on Tuesday and Wednesday to test during the customer's training. Are there any volunteers to help these guys break a new dyno's cherry? It'll be fun to meet a few of you guys in the NOLA area, and testing CTDs is always a hoot. . . . so what do you say?
If you're interested, give me a call this weekend or shoot me an e'mail to make arrangements. I'm sure that PSi wouldn't mind a couple folks stopping by, but please understand that we've got a lot of training to do, and after we get done testing the brutal CTDs, we'll need to move on to testing everything else we can get our hands on.
