New Edge Box

I have just about given up on the new Edge Box



If the same people that are working on their web site are working on the box than it explains it. Their web site is the slowest loading site I have ever used.



Obviously they have run into trouble or a release date would be in order by now.



Cool unit with great features and I have been waiting for months checking back at that horribly slow site.



I have heard great things about the Edge products and this post is a desperate cry for someone to calm me down and offer some good news.

I agree with you in that their site is slow as cold molasses. If you click on anything, then it wants to re-load the whole page too.



Takes forever.

I can't believe my eyes! I was just watching Spike TV and during a commercial break from Trucks! Edge advertised that same new box. What a waste of advertising dollars when you can't even buy the product.



I really don't mean to dog them, its just that I am burnt out on waiting- I still want one as long as it doesn't make my truck run like their site.

That thing is called the Attitude. While it's not out for the Dodge trucks yet, you may have been seeing info on the Attitude for the Dmax, which has been out for a while now, and/or for the 6. 0l PS which should be out any time.

I did a little reading on the 03's, dont claim to know a ton about them but I'll tell you what looks interesting to me is TST's new box. I think if I had a 3rd gen thats what I would buy!!

Well, I think it monitors EGT and Boost, power adjust on the fly and defueling at selectable EGT's. If you wait till their page loads enough times you will see this shot:

Nope, the add today on TV featured a Dodge and after a couple of months waiting for updated info on their site I made contact with them in August and was told it would be just two more weeks. I wanted to put it on My Christmas wish list

I agree the TST unit looks pretty nice too but if you are talking about this one then you can't buy that either cuz it has also been on the "coming soon" status for just as long as the Edge one.

I have heard they cant get the bugs worked out and keep setting codes. True? I know people that wish they could have slapped one on their truck and got tired of waiting and went with Quadzillas box or Haisley Machines Volumizer. They be losing the business for sure.

i don't find the edge proucts website slow at loading [well, the background dodge towing trailer graphic is a little slow sometimes] it takes longer for the new page to load when i clicked reply to this thread than it took to load the edge website. and i have a cable internet connection [brodband i think?]

Yesterday I tried to load the page 3 times, and I couldn't get it to finish. Today it loaded, but it still took almost 1 minute to finish. I also have a cable modem, and every other site I try is very quick. Not sure what the problem is.



Don't get me wrong, I love my EZ box, but I abhor the speed of their site.

If you don't want to wait for an edge box then buy someting else and you can always come back and get the EDGE box later. It occures to me that the Edge's box is going to do injection pulse width modifications, not just up the fuel rail pressure like the rest of the boxes do. If it where me I would wait, if edge ever gets the pulse width stuff figured out there box will be KING of all boxes. There will be almost no limit to fueling with that, unlike the pressure boxes that just raise the pressure to get more fuel to inject, there is a limit to how high they can raise the pressure.



As for me I would rather have EDGE working on the box than worrying about there website.

I agree but a sites performance can be a reflection of their product and service. For now I will keep waiting.
