New Emissions Testing in Houston

Apparently, there are new emissions tests that are going to be added to our vehicle inspections here in Houston. But, fortunately, as far as I can tell, it doesn't apply to diesel engines.



Anybody seen anything about this that would suggest that we need to cut the smoke back?

Yeah there would be a reason, but not all the time, just if you get pulled over... .
