Truck Count for NE Wrench Day

North East! Wow Big Turnout

Okay, here is the story. A lot more people are in for the Saturday wrench day than there are people who can make it to F1. Scott would like a head count of who is going to be at his shop on Saturday. Please let us know the following:

1) are you coming or not?

2) what do you intend to work on?

2a) will you be needing the lift?

3) what will you be bringing food/beverage wise?

If we want burgers & such, someone will need to bring a grill. We have done a mass order of pizza before, and this works well enough if a grill doesn't materialize.

Let's stay on topic, got back to the other thread for the playful banter. The facts guys, just the facts

And as for the gasious talk, well I guess we will have to finish it on Wrench Day:-laf

1) Yes

2) Change gear oil in transfer case for amsoil,

Set injection timing (I'll be at the shop for 07:30, or earlier if needed)

2a) Probably not

3) Pizza sounds great, won't have time to cook during the week.

Sean

Coming on the 22nd. Will have my 2 boys with me. Both have gas. No work just want to meet everybody. Maybe take a ride to diagnose a trans noise. Pizza is good with us. No beer for us though so I'll bring a cooler of mixed soda.

1) Yes I'll be there solo with my rig.

2) I was hoping to do the KDP. I don't have a jig and I don't have any experience with the job besides articles in TDR and TDR.com. I will be glad to work on either between now and then. Beyond this I'm just looking forward to my first chapter outing and meeting some local CTD owners and checkin out some nice rigs.

2A) Probably not, unless it can help with a KDP.

3) Mass Beer for Mass Diesel, pizza sounds good to be or I can bring whatever food or beverage we are in lack of.

I'm in for Sat and possibly Sunday.

The usual: me and the wife (probably my daughter as well)

Anything for food, whatever is decided.

May do something on the truck, will let you guys know prior to the day.

Any beverage. #ad

I'll be there. This time I'll try not to side-swipe the burn barrel. I'll be working on my gut... I want to be able to clain this thing as a dependant. I'll eat anything that is put in front of me as long as it's food and tastes good.

Maybe a fried turkey?

Jeff

#1. Ah, man what were the choices again... :-laf

I will be there with the wife... no kids...

Won't be there for Sunday :(

Just coming to see everyone, and BS.

Hey 98rammer GOT LOBSTER

1. Looks like I'll be able to make it.

2. I have a Smart Controller to install and I would like to drop my tank. I may have one or both done before then though.

2a. May need it for the tank, and would make installing the 2nd gear lockup switch easier too.

3. I can bring a case of beer and a case of soda. Hows Mountain Dew and Michelob Ultra sound?

See you guys there, looking foreward to it.

Nate

Good job guys! Who says diesel heads can't be gassers? Huh?

I will be bringing a grover horn install kit, so if Jeff can have a mounting plate ready for me, I'll gladly pay you back on Tooosday.

I'll bring my laptop so the new faces can add themselves to my mailing list.

If there are enough of us, we should talk about the future of the NETDP. Anyone interested in being part of the leadership? Think about it and we'll discuss in in February.

Matt

1) are you coming or not?

(on the 22nd)

2) what do you intend to work on?

(hmm anyone want help with a clutch, or maybe Bob V's shifter)

2a) will you be needing the lift?

(Only if you want to help with the clutch)

3) what will you be bringing food/beverage wise?

(What do you need?)

Woody

LMAO! Jeff, claim your gut as a dependent?!:D That's too funny. Yeah, I'll be there both days, weather permitting of course. Not planning on doing anything to the truck, though.

Did any of you guys receive the sand drag schedule for 2003 yet? I did and was wondering if anyone else was interested in showing those guys up again? My father-in-law is still laughing about those guy's reaction when they saw Pig-Pen launch his truck for the first time!

Sorry to change the subject Matt.

I'm on the fence on this... . same for the wrench day too.

Might be headed to MD for a boat thing, but if that doesn't pan out, I'm there. It will be a last minute call... . sorry.

But the good news...

No work to do... . I'm a welfare case, but I can help with the KDP kills

No lift needed... .

I'll bring beer... it's always in style, the right color, and always fits!

Jay

:D

I am new member to the TDR and this would be my first get together. I would like to come and see your rig's and give a hand to anyone who needs it. I personally don't have anything to do to my truck since it's not long for my driveway but I will bring assorted beverages and any food needed.

1) Not sure yet, too much going on.

2) Depends on #1, if yes will work on beer, food, beer.

2) May be to get in the truck when it's time to leave.

3) Depends on #1

Right now getting ready to head south where I can drive my truck without the snow and saltOo.
