welcome to the site! first you should fill out your signature so everyone knows what truck you have. second tell what kind of gauges and where you intend to mount them.
just got mine installed about two months ago and it is not as hard as you would think. enjoy!
We have some very good instructions I can send you if you decide to take the job on yourself. Also we can provide the special fittings you will need for the Boost and transmission temp gauges if you don't already have them.
On late model 24V engines we use a 3/4NPT x 1/8NPT bushing to connect the Boost tube to the engine. For the trans temp you need a 1/8NPT x 1/4FNPT bell reducer with a 1/8FNPT x 1/4NPT bushing for the sending unit. You can screw these fittings into a pressure test port on the drivers side near the rear of the transmission. Do not screw the temp sending unit directly into the transmission even though it will fit. This port is shallow and the sending unit can block fluid flow if screwed in directly.
Do a search for instructions on the boost fitting install using the intake horn. The plug on the engine is not reccomended due to gauge buzzing and slow readings. Also, Get the Mopar line with the temp port (P/N HELP!) or the Jannetty racing thermowell kit. You will get your most accurate readings from the line going to the cooler. Very easy to do.
