New graphics rolled out

First let me apologize for the errors this morning. The rollout didn't go quite as smooth as I had planned . We've been working on a redesign of the graphics for some time now. With this update you now have a choice of a 1st gen, 2nd gen, or 3rd gen graphic at the top - or rotating between them. By default the graphic will rotate between them daily (except on saturday and sunday - they are both 3rd gen days). To change your graphic you just need to pull the down the menu at the upper right that says "Theme" and choose which one you want. The look on the front page has been changed as well. There are still some areas with the old look and they will be that way for a little while until we get any possibly bugs worked out of this new banner. I had to write a good bit of code to make the changing banners possible but we thought you guys would really enjoy it. Let me know if you have any problems.
