Hello all... . My name is Phil and I'm the new guy today... . (if there is a Introductions forum or if this is posted in the wrong place please move it) I've been a TDR subscriber for a year or so and just this week I registered for my online account. I have a '98 12Valve 4x4 truck and a '73 Plymouth Duster that I have built into an 11 second street strip car. I am getting the trans rebuilt in my truck here in the next month to handle the extra power I want to make so I can pull some sleds at the county fair and take the truck to the strip and run it too. Here are some pics of the truck, car and my little girl Dakota:

Welcome to the club pRour. I have had several mopars myself, all big blocks and 5 Hemis. My son and I had built our last car(1974 Duster 440) but he got married and I lost interest, so we sold it. Last I heard it was still running at National Trails. I really like my CTD tho. I've had 4 of them. Welcome again, Moe

Thanks guys... ... The car is up for sale if you know anyone that is intrested as I have been bitten hard by the diesel bug and the car just kinda sits there now.

Hey

Welcome to TDR !! Love your Lab and your Duster !!!! Used to work on those Dusters way back when... ... ... . Manhattan Chrysler, only factory owned service center in NYC.

welcome. Funny about your truck, kust a few hours earlier i was trying to picture mine with a semi gloss or flat black. Now i know. thansk

No problem..... I love the flat black..... if any panel gets scratched i can just mask off the rest and reshoot it. When it's all clean and waxed up it look fantastic. Yes you can wax this stuff..... it's a single stage paint with UV inhibitors. I use that Turtle Wax black colored wax and it makes it look like a black hole that you can fall into.
