I am working on a rough idle problem and it seems to be narrowed down to injectors. I am running 275's now and am not overfueled. I have seen the DD edm type injectors available in a 1 and a 2, I don't think stage 1's are much different than what I have but I am concerned that stage 2's might be a little much. Do they make an in between size. And where do you send them to adjust pop off pressure for a p7100.

DD Jammer injectors come in stage 1 (60-65hp) and stage 2 (80-85hp). I would opt for at least the stage 2's with that setup, I am running 85hp EDM's with a stock turbo and I tow all the time. The stage 1's will put out more power than the RV275's, but stage 2's or 3's would be better for your setup.

May, or may not apply to you, but, I had new 275's bought from Cummins installed, they never were exactly smooth. 2 months later I blew a hole in #6. It turned out the injector was defective and I received financial assistance to get it repaired, but I wouldn't let a miss or rough running condition go to long. took less than 2000 miles with a rough idle and surge between 1800-2200 rpm to kill a motor.
