Hi all:
First of all I have DD stage II's in my truck, I talked to a guy today, he said Bully Dog has new injectors, extruded honed and balanced (whatever that means). I guess they go from stage I, up to stage IIII. My question is: has anybody tried these new injectors yet? and if so, any pros or cons? The person also said he saw them on Carl's website: www.qix.net/~wwcd2/
If anybody can give me information on these new injectors I would highly appreciate it. That way I can make the decision whether I should get rid of my stage II's for a set of those no. IIII's. Thanks in advance for any info. on this subject.

Mark these injectors were just introduced the other day so no-one will have them in the truck to give you and evauation on them now. The extruded honed process is done by the same place the other place had their's done at. The balaned part the way i understand it is they are tested and grouped together within tight tollerances,in other words they are(all 6 of them) very, very close.
The nice thing about these is the price, and they are "stealth" so to speak,in otherwords the body has stock numbers on them, unless you have very high procession testing equiptment they cannot be distinquihed from stock.

I think I can help you on this question,If you went to a fancy steak house and they gave you the choice of a real Prime Rib done exactly how it should be,or for a few dollars less you could could go across the street to another resturant and they are serving fried cat and tell you it compares to the prime rib across the street what are you going to do? Of coarse you will stick with the company producing the finest steak. Remember extrude honing takes alot of R&D and I dont think anybody has done more of this than Diesel Dynamics.

I dont want to flame you, but please have your information correct before posting. The extrude honed process is not done in the same place as the other, Diesel Dynamics has ther own equipment and trained peoople who do all of there own blueprinting and honing. Originally posted by wwcd2:

THanks WildDiesel for your information. THank you Carl for your information. First off, I didn't want to start this thread to become a ******* match to see who can go the longest, to see who can go the farthest. If it becomes that, I will just hit the delete button and none of the information will be available for anyone else to see. I don't want to do that. So Carl, if the information you got is not true, please let us know and if it is true, please let us know.

Nice touch, Markcuda. Let's dispense with the sabre-rattling and move on with the facts.
Since I'm the proud owner of 275s I'd like to follow this thread. Thanx, Joe #ad

<font color=blue>Well not concerned bout smoke really, just curious as to how much they smoke. One persons "alot of smoke" could really be just a "lil smoke" to someone else... . know what I mean? Maybe I'll call'em ask for full throttle picture #ad

I'll just sit back and wait a lil while and see if anyone gets'em while I pile up some more BOMB'ing money. I hate renewing my insirance on the truck for 12 months!

They are for the 24v Hemi-dart,and the facts came right from Bully Dog,Diesel Dynamics didn't always have their own equiptment they used to have them done by someone else, and this is where Bully Dog told me they were having theirs done. And not to flame anyone either but look at the post count for the other fellow. Easiest way to settle this if you are interested in the purchase call Bully Dog. I try to get all the facts straight before i post guys! Carl

Someone say postcount???? #ad

If anyone gets the Stage IV's before me please report back here. I am curious as to how much they are gonna smoke.

Kat if you are worring about smoke, then you don't want these Micheal told me it this way"step 4 are smoke belching, and for the serious hp guys only" if that doesn't fit into your needs then go down to the step 3,their stealth injectors are less $$ than DD's regular one's and put out more hp i am told! Talked to Phillip at Bully Dog yesterday afternoon to confirm my statements that i had made in my previous post. This is the same company that did the extruded honing for DD until they obtained their own equiptment and do it in house now!
The tecnology has not changed there is now just one word to describe it"COMPETITION"! That is good for us the final consumer since DD had a monopoly, and pretty much had "FIXED" prices!

<font color=blue>Just bringing this topic to the top, apparently someone complained and Carl's posting privlages were temporarly removed.

I am interested in knowing who if anyone has these injectors yet? Stage III's and IV's are all I am interested in. Smoke? Power?

My friends lend me your ears and let me ask you of the plight of wwcd2. Is he going the way of Jimmy Hoffa, will he soon be part of a bridge or foundation? It seams our friends who run the TDR board for us members are clamming they received Two count them Two complaints out of 5569 members about (good old trying to save us money with good deals) wwcd2. Now folks it would seam to me (being an old country boy) that if you have a problem wwcd2 you should talk to him mono el mono (or one on one for us country foke). Or let me pose another idea, could wwcd2 be doing so good that the vendors are mad, because it would cut to far into there profit margin to give us the same deal? I say to you bring back wwcd2 and let him deal with the complaints. What say you members are we going to censored, like a Russian newspaper. Lets hear what you have to say!!!!

Influenced by the savings Carl has brought to us, I bought the following items for my truck this year: Jardine, ATS, Idler pulley, 370 injectors and Roadmaster. Likely, I would not have done this at all without the savings.

These items require and inspire further purchases. Jet-Hot for the ATS, gaskets, etc. Then the fever takes over and throw in BD Brake (missed on the discount, darn) Psychotty, Mag-Hytec, Redtops, LE DCI additive, Amsoil, etc.

The only thing hurting here is my smoking credit card and perhaps someone's ego.

Free Carl!

Anybody try these injectors yet?

Looks to me like great power at great prices.

And from what I understand, they are extrude honed exactly like others that have been sold for quite some time. So it looks like a proven method.
