I replaced my old stock lift pump with a new FASS DDRP. Installed the pump on the frame near the tank and upgraded all the fuel lines to 1/2 and did away with all the banjo bolts. After the install the pressure was only 12 PSI at the VP so after talking to FASS they sent me a different spring now the pressure is 18 at idle. My fuel pressure gauge and isolator was also bad, I replaced the gauge still read low, so it I went ahead and replaced them both. I also installed a manual gauge under the hood on the input side of the fuel isolator. the gauge under the hood reads about 1 psi more than the new Ispro inside the truck.
Plan on going on a test run later to see what the pressure drop will be at WOT, since my truck is stock I expect @ 2 - 5 psi drop.
