I ordered a new lift pump late Friday afternoon from Cummins Southern Plains in Houston and it arrived today (Thanks Guys). $164 shipped to my door! The part number of what they shipped is 3990105. Is this the latest part number? Do I need new banjo bolt washers when I install the new pump?

The old pump is still putting out 8+# at it's lowest readings... but I am ready when I get the time now to swap it.

TIA.

That's the current pump, as far as I know. Been around since ~5/01. I carried mine around until my OEM started showing weaker numbers..... 10 psi cruising, 12 at idle, and 3-4 wot. The new pump went on ~17K ago, and numbers are still 14-15 idle, 13-14 cruising, and 9-10 wot. I kept my old pump as a spare since it hadn't totally failed.

I did install new banjo washers and got them from Cummins, as well.
