Exhaust On Ebay

I called to order another case of the LE DCI 2400+ fuel supplement and my rep says that it has now changed. The upgraded product is called BTU Total Treat or something close to that.

Anyone know any of the details or have tried using any of it? I didn't see any info on the LE site.

Thanks, ic

It's a double secret code word product!

Last May Madness Kevin Dinwiddie (LE rep. )~anounced that the DCI+ was being upgraded. I finally ran out of my cache in October and ordered from him...

There are three "BTU" formulas offered. All three are supposed to increase combustion efficiency, and add lubricity. I remember that the third one was for winter use, but the brain cells that were holding the info on #1&2 are AWOL. Send an email question to the LE website, and you'll get a response, or call Kevin. The Mag-Hytec guys gave me Kevin's Phone as 661 250 5343.

My local rep called me a while back and told me the same thing. The 2400 was being upgraded, they were just added a cetane booster among other things he said. I still have about 10 bottles of the 2400 left.

I used the 2400 for over three years, every tank full.

Thier new product line basically is a winter conditioner and performance improver. I think both products are labeled with "BTU". The winter conditioner is a thinner to prevent gelling amongest other qualities that the 2420 has. The diesel fuel improver is the 2420. I'm using the 2420 due to the poor quality of fuel we have in the winter up here. Right now the diesel fuel we are on at Tessoro is good for -50. The stuff is like water. I was having a problem with the 02 not wanting to start right up after sitting in the warm garage over night. Every time I fill up I'm adding about 2 ounces per 1/2 tank. The truck starts fine now and seems to have more power. Here is a link to their websit that is not updated yet. Lubrication Engineers

I've been using it for a long time too, sure smooths the rattle on a cold morning.

After reading about the bacteria clogged tank sock in a recent thread, I was wondering if it has anything to keep the bacteria in check?
