new member and new truck

Just got my new truck on Friday. Thursday DC order tracking told me the truck was on plant hold for QA Audit. Has anyone else had a bombed 1st generation and moved to an ETH/DEE? My old truck will be able to walk away from the new one above 50 mph. When the new one has a few more miles on it I'll do some timed runs. I may need some bombing help to get this ETH up to speed!
IF my signature was done right you can see my two truck's specs. The new truck was put together very well in St. Louis. No gear clash, brake pull, or wandering steering. Not yet anyway! The four wheel antilock brakes work great too.
I will put my E-brake on this week hopefully.

Dennis, I have the same basic truck you have. I have about 5000 miles on mine since Jan 5th. I have added DDII injectors and a PS boost module. I see around 32 pounds of boost and have dynoed 314 rear wheel HP. With the ETH you can get into high egt's real fast, so you have to watch what you add. Also, the clutch can start slipping if you go over 650 ft. pounds of torque. Anyway, welcome to the site. You will enjoy your new truck a lot after you get a few miles on it.
