New member + Just ordered 03 + Invoice Question

I ordered my truck two weeks ago but had a question about the invoice. The company I work for is in a partnership with Dodge so I automatically get 1% below invoice. Looking at a copy of the invoice, I found a couple of items that were not included in MSRP but were included in FWP(invoice). The ones in question are:



YDH - Customer one owner loyalty mailing - $20

B50 - Portland - PPA/EB-PF - $210

T50 - Portland - DAA - $275



Can anyone explain?



Also, my dealer told me that if we locked down the price the day I ordered it I would get the incentives offered at the time, but if the incentives increased when I took delivery he would keep the delta and advised me to NOT hold him to that price. Since then the base price of the truck has increased $200 and the incentive is the same ... not surprised. Unless anyone has heard of a possible increase in incentives I am going to call him and lock down on the price today.

I just ordered a few weeks ago also. The advertising fees and mailing are real. I payed the same and I'm also getting the DC friends price of 1% below invoice.



You should always get either the incentives in effect when ordered or when deliverd, whichever is in YOUR favor.

Sounds like your dealer is one of those who should be referred to as a ste... .



If you order a truck and put a deposit, you get the the incentive in effect when you placed the order OR the incentive in effect when you take delivery WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.



It is also my understanding that you will NOT get any price increases between the time of the order and delivery, but I am not sure about that.



Take your business elsewhere if you can.

The day you order you are price protected, you do not have to pay the increase and you receive the rebate at the time of order or if their is a increase you would receive that , a very simple system. Good luck with your order.
