Attention: TDR Forum Junkies First of all, you guys have a great site. Ive been reading posts for a while now and find most people to be very knowledgable about these motors. I am starting to gather info and parts to swap a Cummins 6bt motor in my 82 K5 Blazer. I am for sure wanting a 12 valve motor that is a 93 or newer. My question is Ive found a 94 motor with 148000 miles that was in an automatic equipped truck. The motor is complete with all the wiring and accessories. They are asking $2000 but the motor hasnt sold for 6 months so the price may come down. Is this a good deal for this motor? Also, I plan on using an NV4500 so what will I need to change on the motor to make it work with the manual transmission besides the flywheel. Thanks in advance.
