Hi Guys, I am new to TDR, I have been snooping around here for several months, and just joined up, Wow! there is more info here than anywhere and I mean anywhere. I work for a good sized Dodge dealer (fleet/commercial sales manager) and there is more info. from the members here than I can get in our shop. Sure, I have access to all the shop manuals and stuff like that but this is way koooler. I have worked with many fo*d psd owners (I also had a psd before I saw the light) and have helped turn them into happy CTD truck owners, and I get the real scoop on how thier fo*d trucks really were and more importantly how they compared them to the CTD and they love the CTD... . Noise yeah! I too love the sound, I put 4" straight pipe from the turbo to the rear axel then split it into duel 4" tailpipes so cars on both sides have to roll windows up! Smoking, snort'n, rattlin, the only way to go!

This is my second CTD and I want MORE power so let the Bombs fall.

Welcome, I also have a great Dodge dealer here in Aurora Missouri. They know their diesels. One of the reasons I bought the CTD. I am sure your knowledge will be great to have added to the mix.

Thanks everybody, I am the one that needs the help, I will help anyway I can, I have asked our master tech some questions I have seen answered here and he had no clue. Like I said you guys are the Dodge Cummins Guru's

I called my buddy last night and said I might run my truck Sunday and I thought it might go 16's he said no-way1 Sounds like a challange to me. Hope it does not rain.



I have a question, I do not have the GSK yet and I can only pull 2500 with my foot through the firewall in 4th and 5th, but in 2nd and 3rd it will pull 3k is this normal? also the boost will go to 32# in 4th and 5th but falls off after about 2300 rpm. will a GSK fix this?



I do need a new rubber elbow from the intercooler exit side it has a fold in it not real bad but it is not a smooth elbow if you know what I mean. Who makes good replacement elbows.

Also would it be better to go to the 4K PGSK or the 3K PGSK?

what is the dif. other than the obvious rpm? I can always watch the tach!! Yeah, I been bitten

If the rubber intercooler boot looks like the knees in a pair of baggy pants that's normal. Don't worry about it. Check to see it if's rubbing anything sharp. That happens sometimes with that boot.

I'm rather new myself, and so far I've resisted the bombing bug, but only because I have a jeep to finish and the fact that I have no funds yet ,



one day the mods will come, but I'm not really in a hurry, after all thats why I bought the Dodge, its good right outta the box.....



i'll make it bigger, badder, and better eventually but in the mean time I'll learn everything I can here and make all the right decisions...
