New MIL Again, Ideas???

I just picked up the truck at the body shop. Body work excellent but picked up a MIL light. I had same before and never figured it out. Ended up taking it to dealership and they reset it. They never offered a cause, only a reset. I'll go check for codes, but if like last time there were no codes.

Any ideas???
