Since relocating my LP to the frame, whenever I apply brakes I am hearing a motor noise which I believe to be either a surge from the LP or a noise from the anti-lock unit.

I have tried to duplicate it sitting still but it doesnt, which leads me to believe it is the brake unit.

Ideas/concerns I'm listening.

If everything is working OK I'd check the volume knob on the radio:-laf

Seriously, if there's no ABS light and you don't feel any pulsing in the pedal and it's stopping the same I'd bet it's probably just the LP running. Is it the same noise you hear when you jog the starter and the LP runs for 30 - 45 seconds?

Hard to say that it is the exact noise as the engine is running and the veh is moving when you really hear it. I usually can hear the LP running regularly, but as mentioned the tone and volume raise a bit when the brakes are applied. Ground/power issue?

Or is it the anti-lock unit?
