Well don't make a fool of yourself like I did with Geno's.

I ordered the 421 package for a 99 24 valve. Went to

change the fuel filter. This isn't the right part. Doesn't

look like the old one. No "O" rings. WRONG WRONG WRONG. After several emails, they sent me new filters. Same ones, so

I called. Talked to a gentleman and he assured me that

it is correct. He is running one in his truck with no problem.

Once again Geno's comes thru.

I missed something, Did the guy at Genos tell you to reuse your old oring on the filter cover?

Just got some new Fuel Filters for my 98. 5 24V and the new filters are black, not brown (old ones were) and seems smaller. They said the old filter has been discontinued and the one they sent me was the replacement. Is this what happened to you?

Just got home frpm a weekend Boy Scout campout. Sorry for the delay. Yes it is the correct filter. No don't use the old "O" rings. This one seals it's self. The first thing I noticed was it was smaller. Now all you have to do is drop the new one in. Makes it easier, but it sure scares you at first. The gentleman at Geno's put one in and took off to Co. No problems. Call them if you have any questions. They are aware that it doesn't look right, but it should work.
