New Project dodge crewcab dually conversion

Ok guy's figured I would start showing off what I have been up too .
was going to take a crew cab srw and convert it over to Dually but Ran across this 1 . Guy had it listed as a Club cab but in description it said 4 door so I called the guy and asked for a Pic . Well the Min I got the Pic I called him and said.What's wrong with it and how soon can I get it . So I made the Deal and drove to Phoenix AZ the First part of 2015 to pick it up . Got some Crazy look's when we were driving 1 crew cab and Towing the Other .But So far This is what I have Planned for Truck .

Convert to 4x4 set frame up for NV4500 trans .Once that is Done it's coming down to bare frame and being sent to Powder coater to be Blasted and coated Black. then Body is going to Paint .Outside will be White with the chrome strip's around the body and Inside will be Bucket seat's up front with Bench out back .
As for the Motor it has 92,000 , Trans will be Fresh Rearend and front end will be cleaned up and checked over and Painted Time line for Finished Truck is June .Yes I have alot of work a head of me so Stay Tuned .I will try to remember to get pics Of progress .I get busy and forget to take Pic's but here is what I started with and as of today the Front end is almost Completed . Then it's Mock up for trans cross member and drilling more darn holes . I have Broke more drill bit's then I care to think about .then down to bare frame and off to paint n powder coating .

Cool project. Any plans on painting your current ride or leaving as is?
I quit buying anything other than Cobalt drill bits. They are pricey but will last as long as 2 or 3 standard bits, provided you use a little oil when drilling through hardened /stainless steel

Yes On top of tis Mine goes into Paint by end of Feb . it's a Drk Blue Metallic 93 color .I have even been snapping Dewalt drill bit's

65 is way to old for my taste .I like the 81 to 93 truck's easier to convert over .

Got the whole frontend under it and Bolted in .Next step is to drop my mok up motor and trans into the truck so I can drill the holes for Cross Member .Then it comes all apart to go off to Powder coating . at same time body is going to Paint .so By the time it's Back Frame should be ready to have Body mounted for last time . Stay Tuned .

Well being that it's in my Back Yard I can work on it When I want to and when I start hurting in my knee's or what ever else desides to hurt I close up shop and go in side .but it's getting there . slow start because of that Stupid Ambulance I was working on but it's going good Now.

how did you get your bolt holes to line up correctly?

I took a section of Frame that was from a 4x4 and shaved it to where it's just a Plate . I will get a Picture and post it . Work's Awesome you bolt it into Place and everything lines up .

Well Made so good Progress the last few day's got the Frame totally down to bare nothing and sent off too the Powder coater should have it back next Friday not going shinny Black doing a dull it hold's up to road abuse better .

I have a Photo Memory and when it comes time to putting the truck together I look at the area I am working on and go ok this is what I need and go for it . the wiring is the Easiest part for me .It's something I picked up a long time ago I have a memory that would scare you . all SSn ,DL and most phone number's plus bank account number are all stored up top and then today I got a Nice surprise the Trans Arrived
