New Recall/TSB for 2010s

When I went to the Service Dept. this morning, Tom (GREAT GUY!) advised me that there was a new recall for an HVAC software upgrade/update. Just so y'all know... BTW, mine wasn't bad by any stretch of the imagination beforehand, but it's better now!!!

Did you get the brake Reservoir cap replaced too. There is one more about to come out. There are going to be replacing a lot of outter tie rods (left side I believe) that are prone to snapping during very hard left turns.

Not sure if they did or have done the brake reservoir cap & I, too, had heard grumblings about the tie rods... I'll call Tom in the morning and check into it...

Wayne, I haven't heard anything yet... I'll try to call Tom in the morning and see if he knows anything. He might work for the "Stealership", but he is a REALLY great Service Advisor!!! I'll try to post what I find out.

I don't think the recall is officially out. I haven't done this yet because I'm at work and don't have my vin readily available but all you have to do is add your vin. on the left side down near the bottom... .

Actually I forgot I already had an account with my vin # on the Dodge site. There is currently no recall (yet) for the tie rod... ... ... ... .

Yeh, I checked my online and also called the dealer, just to double-check... Nada yet. As close as they have is to "inspect the steering stabilizer attachment to the front end. ensure bolts are tightened to specs. " Also, dealer had nothing new at all... Have a great Thursday, y'all!
