Put some new shoes on the ol' girl today. Goodyear Duratrac 10-ply load range E mounted on Ultra Maverick wheels.

I had these tires on my old Chevy for plowing and loved them. Best tire I ever had in the snow. Hopefully these will be the same.#ad

I had a set of Duratracs on my gen 2 and had great results with them. Got much better mileage out of them then I did my current Cooper Discoverer STT on my gen 4.

Stayed with the stock 265/70R-17. These tires are almost 1-1/2 taller than General Grabber AT/2's I replaced.

I have always like the looks of the GY Duratracs.
They also look like noisy rock chuckers. Are they noisy? Throw a lot of stones?

As aggressive as they look they are surprisingly quiet, especially at highway speed. Also a very smooth riding tire.

Those look great. I’m getting ready to put some 315’s on my truck. I’ll be sure to ask my tire guy about the Duratrac’s.

I just put some Duratracs on my truck in August for a hunting trip I was going on. So far I'm really impressed with them. I don't think I'll get the mileage out of them I was hoping for, but love the fact that they have decent traction without the hummmmm going down the road.
