I know this has been beat to death, BUT, has anyone heard anything on 2013-2014 tow mirrors? I can find after market "power" mirrors on flea bay that say they will fit. I have also heard of issues with "stock" tow mirrors throwing a code??? What's a person posed to do?

My 2013 3500crew cab came with power towing mirrors standard. I think all of the 3500 crew cabs at least, ST and above, come with them. Not sure about other models.

Ok Guys, The mirrors came in Friday as they said they would all safe and sound. Installation was straight forward and only took about 30 minutes. The hardest part is getting the drivers side mirror apart to get the temp. sensor out, then just perform an autopsy on the stock wiring harness, place the white wire in the corresponding empty slot on the K2 and splice the black wire to the same black wire in the K2 as on the stock harness. My truck threw a code(external ambient temp signal loss) but I was listening to the radio. If you do not power the truck up you MAY not get this code. The guy at Advance Auto cleared the code and all is well. The tow mirrors are damn nice as I was already used to the large mirrors on the F250. The only thing I do not like on the mirrors is that the lights are not as big as they were on the stock mirrors but for half price I can live with it. Damn, after looking over this post I sure am glad I have spell check.
