Mine pulled with the identical tires. Very common. A Carli or Thuren adjustable steering stabilizer will correct it. The squirm will disappear in about 800 miles.
I understand the road surface slopes to the right. That makes a pull to the right. So a frame and axle shop told me some years back when asked about my 94 truck. This should be a slight pull not a lot??
The Toyo MT's will pull right on a perfectly level surface.
The Nitto Trailgrapplers reportedly have a very mild left pull.
When I returned to Toyo AT2's I reinstalled my stock Mopar ss.
I had to deflate my Thuren unit so much as to render it useless.
When I read the title to your post, said to myself, Toyo MT's...
Drive it a couple hundred miles and swap front tires side to side, seems to help a bit, and it will get better but mine has never completely went away. Or just get rid of the MT's.
Have an alignment shop check how much caster the truck was set up with most have too much. Too much will cause it to follow the crown of the road, ex in right lane pulls to right left lane pulls left. Are you sure you got load range E tires? I had given some cooper load range d's a try once truck pulled and they wore out funny. D's are too soft for out trucks.
Just got 4 new Yokohama tires and truck pulled to right. Checked alinement and it was okay. Went back to dealer and told them the problem. They said that they sometime get a bad tire. Said it's usually the tire on the side it fulls to. Said they would order 2 new tires to make sure the problem was fixed. New tires on and it steers neutral now. Problem solved.
This is a common issue with the Toyo MT. You can buy a Carly Steering Stabilizer to make up for the additional radial pull you are experiencing. I've done it, it worked great.
Or you can buy the Goodyear Duratrac and it will drive straight.
