New to TDR

I am new to TDR but have been following several threads for quite some time. I have a question to anyone with a 3GEN HO with the 48RE and some type of fueling and or timing box. It appears that the majority of people in here lean toward the Edge EZ and from what I've read tend to agree. My question is how do you feel about the unit you purchased? Likes, dislikes... etc. The only thing I don't care for is not being able to adjust the settings from the cab. Also, have you noticed any problems with the stock transmission after the BOMB?



Someone please talk me into buying this thing now while I have the cash in my account

I'm gonna wait until the new TST unit comes out for the '04s. It includes a nice gauge display unit. All in one package. From what I've read, if you use a box, you really NEED guages.

Welcome Chip, I dont have an auto but be aware that the Edge only increases fuel pressure and the jury is still out on whether that hurts our high pressure pumps over time (although it doesn't look like it). I plan on buying one of the fuel pressure / timing boxes in the near future. More H. P. than the Edge and a little less pressure on the middle setting. Also, some are adjustable from the cab. I agree with Moterhead, make sure you have a pyro at least.

Moterhead, I have thought about the TST. I guess I can wait a couple of months to see what they produce for the 03.



Prairie Dog, I agree with about the fuel pressure and the pumps. I was a little concerned about that as well. I guess time will tell.
