My truck is over 8 years old and I'm planning to replace the tires again soon. Because of their age, I figured this is a good time to replace the TPMS sensors too. The batteries can't last much longer.
Initially I wanted to stick with genuine Mopar sensors, but after pricing them online, I decided I could settle for a good aftermarket brand. So I ultimately went to RockAuto.com and ordered Standard Motor Products brand sensors that were almost half the price and at least have a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. They arrived yesterday, and when I opened the boxes, guess what I found?
They’re genuine made-in-the-USA Mopar branded sensors in factory sealed bags!
Now where’s that emoji for doing a happy dance?
