Effective July 1 2002, It will now be illegal to "Flip the Bird", flash your lights, make obsene gestures, holler, or generaly show your displeasure with the MORONs on the Virginia hiways.



Yeah that idiot on the cell phone, while reading the paper, shaving, and checking the latest ballgame scores while in the fast lane at 45mph is OK.

But YOU better not let him know that "he's number 1" as you smoke him out while passing his sorry behind.

Cuz THAT's aggressive driving, and the fine Va state troopers have been in a class to be able to spot you , run you down and hand YOU a ticket. #@$%! #@$%! #@$%! #@$%!

I lived in that area for a LONG time. I think you shoud get your paper, cell phone and back off the pedal AHEAD of that PITA driver in fornt of you and give them a tast of their own actions.

No, I really do think that VA is a pretty heavily regulated commonwealth. The No VA area is the greatest problem area in the whole place. I feel for you and hope you don't have to meet any LEOs too soon.
