Well, my new truck showed up at the dealer last night... pick it up at 3pm today. Did some late night recon... . pics are in the readers rigs. :D More Info to comeOo.

You must be pretty excited... ... you have pictures posted before you have taken delivery, BUT! The HULK has you beat, he posted a pic of his new truck while it was still on the train!

I know you must be excited now, just wait till you drive it off the lot this afternoon. You will be awed.

Hey Fireman,

How do you like your Jacobs exhaust brake? Did you have your dealer install it? Any problems yet?

BHanner,

I am not answering for Fireman, but I will tell you that I love mine. I had the dealer install it because it was part of my "deal" when I ordered the truck. I have had no problems with it or the Jacobs ebrake that I had on my 98. 5. Enjoy your new truck.

Love the Jacobs Brake. I did the installation myself. If you have the tools and the ability it is pretty easy. It comes with excellent instructions. Time to install, 5-6 hrs.

So far... all I can say... is... . wooooooooooooooooohoooooooooo :D :D :D

Installed the first bomb... . the rear wheel liners.

I installed those liners on my son's '03 SB Sport HEMI 4x4. It was such an easy thing to do that I could only wonder why the srw's don't come that way. Makes no sense not to have them on IMO.

Dean

Yeah... Seems like it took just as much time to take out the small liner as it did to put in the big one. You think they would just put in the good liner to start with... . it's just another way to make $80.
