Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Started another thread in the "General" section; bedliner was improperly applied and has started to lift. Brought it back in to the local shop to have it re-done - will post results.
Tasks for this week:
Weld in new driver's side floor pan...
- Which brings me to the question. What paint / paint system should I use? I plan on sanding the surface rust on the entire floor of the cab, and repainting. It's apparent that these trucks suffer from a few different sources of water intrusion / leaks. I'd like to use a good paint that'll adhere and resist cracking/etc.
Heater:
- Blows from all vents for about 30 seconds, than blows from floor vent only, also - a rustling sound (leaves?) can be heard inside the vent. Seems that this can be caused by a vacuum issue on the vent flaps?
Headlights:
- Install a relay "bypass" system to take amperage away from the flimsy factory switch.
