Well gang,
I'm not sure this thread is in the right place, but the time has come that I had to think about a new vehicle. I'll be able to retire in a couple of years and my thought was this. If I have to buy a new vehicle, I'd rather buy it while I'm still working full time, then when I am on a lesser income.
I ordered a new 08, Laramie, 68rfe, 3. 73's, Quad Cab, 8' box, chrome steps, under rail bed liner, clearance lights, etc...
I'll be keeping my first gen, until I get the other at least, and probably even longer. It's tough to even think about parting with it. After almost fifteen years and 216,000 trouble free miles, it will be tough to see her go.
Should I decide to sell my pride and joy, I'll give you all first crack at it. At least this way I know it will go to someone who really would take good care of it.
Thanks for bearing with me.
John
