New truck

I got my new truck on Monday. Have had a couple of evenings adding flaps and running boards. Much more work to do to transfer stuff over from the 2014.
Black/cattle tan interior.

Once September long weekend camping trip is done I will start moving the air system, suspension mods and deck mounting hardware over off the 2014, then list it for sale.

Beautiful truck! Congratulations! My 4500 is due in anytime now and thankfully does have the "old style" grill since it is a Tradesman model.

Sweet Ride! I like it. I bought my wife a 2019 Ram 1500 4x4 Laramie Longhorn last week. Very fast and very quiet. Big difference jumping in my 5500. Congrats, nothing like prosperity in America! Have fun, Ron

Is the 'Longhorn' on the tailgate factory or did you add that? Never saw one with it before.

When building a longhorn there’s one little box to tick on the build site that gives you the tailgate letters, suede headliner and stitched leather wrapped grab handles. But to pick that option it wouldn’t let me have the cattle tan choice, so I went without it but bought the letters at the dealer for only $103 and put them on myself.

Yes, I’ve had all the flaps, boards, hood guards, fuel cap, oil drain valve and husky floor mats sitting in the garage for 3 months since the week I ordered the truck. I’ve only had it for 2 1/2 days and all those are done as of tonight.

WOW!! What a beautiful rig. I never had a dually, used to drive 2500 cummins, always loved them. Las 2500 was a 2009 cummins laramie with a 6spd had to special order it. Now I have a 1500 laramie ecodiesel. Black has already been my color but I really like the maroon.

Oh, I didn’t notice that nor was I asked. I actually like the grill as it makes it stand out from all the other ones from 2013 and up. Although it looks like I’ll have to resort to a behind the grill winter from because I would never put the factory one on my truck. I’ll have get one of the Geno’s ones.
