I had the Tstat replaced finally under warranty on my truck. I get heat with in 5 minutes of driving. Alot better than before. It was stuck half open and would open full at 178 degrees in the beaker of boiling water. Tech was telling me that this was the first he had seen fail on a cummins powered truck, but on the new hemis they have had a few water pump impellers slipping. The impellers are made of plastic on those and dont hold up as well as they thought they would. :-laf Compare this picture to the one in my previous thread. Both done below 40 degrees on the ride home from work thats is about a 20-30 minute commute.
