I ended up with a P2262 engine code after pulling my tractor a little over 100 miles, and restarting to leave for home after dropping it off. Big-O Dodge in Greenville, SC, that I am very satisfied with, replaced the turbo. There was nothing mentioned about cleaning it, but they replaced it under TSB 11-002-08. The service rep mentioned that the new turbo is "larger". Do any of you guys know anything about this? I asked him if they have come up with a solution to the carbon buildup yet since I am not interested in replacing the turbo at every other oil change and got the usual answer... "drive it hard".

it's pretty common. I don't think the new turbo is any larger. they do one replacement and then they clean them from there on.

best advice I can give you is keep the exhaust brake on and drive it hard

The turbo is not any larger, but the newer ones apparently have some tweaking to the housing to keep the carbon from binding the nozzle. Also your dealer probably should have cleaned the first time and then replaced if it stuck again. The net price is down to about $1400 so throwing one away is not as big a deal.
