just finished installing new hot rod vp44 and truck runs great, power is way up. when truck died before replacement had no check engine light. truck was accidentilly started with map unplugged, no check engine light. drove truck a few times and no light. start truck today and get the light 
drove around with it and truck was fine. next start up no light. no way to read codes yet, software on order. no autozone nearby. also no fuel gauge until next week. Should i be worried about the light cause i am now paranoid
