Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) new vp44 has code p1693

Question? I just had a new vp44 and lift pump installed by dodge. I checked the codes with my key and found the p1693. Did the dealer forget to reset the computer or ???

more than likely, 1693 just means there's a code in the ecm or pcm. it probably just needs to be cleared.

I had it checked, the scan tool pulled a p236 code tubro boost sensor. I had it cleared and drove a few milles no codes as of yet. Thanks alot for the reply.
